Our History: A Journey of Divine Faithfulness

From a rented hall to a movement of God. On 22nd September 1996, in a modest auditorium 3 kilometers from FUTA South Gate, Akure, Christ Apostolic Church, Glory of God was born. What started the next Sunday with just 27 faithful worshippers became a testimony of explosive growth - souls were added daily as God confirmed His Word with power.

By our first anniversary in 1997, leaders were raised and a Church Council was formed to steward the vision. That vision, planted by God many years before 1996, was never meant to stay in one place. From Headquarters at FUTA Area, the fire spread across Ondo State - to Glory of God Prayer Mountain on Ijare Road, to CAC Glory of God Isomo at Ori Obele Estate which has stood strong for 15 years since 2011, and to CAC Glory of God Aaye which God birthed 5 years ago in 2021.

With 4 branches now rising as true places of worship, we are living proof of Psalm 89:34-35 - that God keeps covenant with His people. From 27 members to thousands touched, from one hall to four branches, from 1996 to today - we are CAC Glory of God, and our journey is still unfolding.
